Graeme Dossetor: Managing Director
Graeme Dossetor took over as Managing Director of Australian Food Ingredient Suppliers from his late father, John Dossetor, in 1993.
He brought to the company a wide range of experience beginning with his background as a civil engineer, following his graduation from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Graeme worked for Australian Food Ingredient Suppliers for four years before succeeding his father.
He has focused the company on product research in the areas of natural food flavours and colours, improved customer service and delivery, high level technical support and more flexible packaging.
Over the past 14 years weve built up a strong clientele in the baking, confectionery and beverage markets. We pay a lot of attention to our customers feedback. Responding to our customers concerns, recommendations and individual requirements is of the highest priority to the company.
Sue Marsh: Production Manager
Sue Marsh has a strong background in food chemistry, food manufacturing, fermentation technology and beverage processing.
Sue has worked in product development and research in the baking, egg processing, dry blending / ingredients and commercial wine making industries.
She has developed and commercialized a number of food ingredient products which included addressing aspects of food technology and food safety.
Sue is also a professional member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
She has considerable experience in laboratory, manufacturing and regulatory based food safety and quality systems and is responsible for implementing AFIS' HACCP system.
She brings to AFIS a varied blend of experience which serves to complement the rest of our team's expertise.
Ms. Marsh has worked for CSR and Arnotts and is the co-author of a number of papers on foods. She has also worked for the School of Biotechnology at the University of NSW.
A good taste is a matter of blended, often contrasting, sensations and expectations, much like our team, Sue says.
